I know I have asked for advice before on this and thanks to you all for all the help.
Well a friend had one that he took off his boat, I had my Marina install it on mine, sight unseen I had it sent there.
Well it seems it's a different one then we have been talking about here and I wondered if anyone had any experience with this type. My friend didn't use it hat much so I'm asking here. He took it off as he felt it slowed his boat down too much ???
At any rate we all have heard about making sure to remember to lift then plate when taking off. Well this ine is automatic uo, and down as well. No manual way that I know of to lift it or put it down.
I'm wondering what I will experience tomorrow as I haven't even seen it yet, let alone used it.
I'm concernerd about trolling at 2 mph, my normal speed in nuetral. I don't think I'll have much of a problem going slow, it's just speeding up a tad to 2 mph. I hope it will maintain that speed OK.
Has anyone used this type before, any input would be appreciated ???
