Had another enjoyable day on Winni.. fishing alongside CoolWater and Dave... and chatting with Salty who was eating quite well today from the sounds!!! Geez, wish we had jumbo shrimp... Had a bunch of hits and short fights after the first salmon we landed but we couldn't keep them on. Thought it was the hooks at first, so checked them all and they were still very sharp??? I'm thinking it may have been the wave action causing a belly in the line??? Who knows. Finally had to leave, but hope everyone else did well.
