Another tough derby weather and fish not cooperating.
Friday: 6 Salmon all shorts 16-19 inch range
Saturday: 5 Salmon 4 shorts 14-18 inch range with 1 21-5/8 inch boarded fish
2 Lakers 20 & 21 inch shorts
Sunday: 2 Salmon 17 & 18 inch shorts.
Ugly orange black dots and White orange dot Top Guns worked the best with a mix of fish coming off the boards and riggers, nothing hit the flies. All on surface to 20 feet down the riggers.
You did well too. I love the look of the lake at 420.
Friday 5 salmon 2 lakers 11" blue angle slasher with smelt.
Saturday 7 salmon 6 lakers 11'white salmon slasher with smelt
Sunday 5 salmon 1 laker (same set up as Saturday)(2 break offs at the back of the boat trying to hand line them in, lost the net on the way out!)
6 salmon over 21, no real weight. Fished solo, lost many more.
Most fish picked up deep.
