Partial Squam, more w/photos, to follow !!!!

Been a long, but very enjoyable weekend, fished with Slipknot Friday, "Big Dave from up North" Saturday and found a new fishing partner Sunday and Monday.

I have photos and some good stories to tell, but I will only say this for now. The 6+ (I think) Salmon that Dave lost at the boat is history, the 4 pound/11 onces that my 14 year old partner Patrick Deambrose is history, the 5 pound/2 ounce Salmon I got Saturday fishing with Dave is history.

Young, 14 year old Patrick caught his 2nd Salmon ever today, how about 5 pounds/5 ounces.

Full, detail report, with photos to follow, after I get caught up, been up the Lake since Thursday night.

Thanks "Dave from up North" and "Slipknot" for helping me have a super great weekend.

I hear Adrien, Dave and Slipkpot ("3 of a kind, that will beat a full house") are fishing tomorrow, expect a few phone calls for a "up to minuet report" tomorrow, wish I could have got an invite, but the boat surely would have sunk.

The feeling is mutual John, but it's me who should be thanking you again and not you thanking me, I had a blast and now have a new nickname (Till i redeem myself LOL) and thoroughly enjoyed being on your beautiful lake!!!!!!! And it's also awesome to spend some quality time with Some "Great" Friends whom i most probably would have never had the pleasure of meeting without this GREAT WEBSITE once again thanks A.J. and Travis for all your hardwork with the site!!!! I have met many new people and gained some valuable friendships that i hope last a lifetime!!!!!! Take Care God Bless and Tight Lines LOL Donkey Dave from up North "The Backwards Frenchman" P.S. Let's not forget i did a good job netting John's Fish LOL

Thank you

Yes John... the thanks go to you! I had a great time up there. I enjoyed the lake so much, I brought my wife (Becky), my sister and her boyfriend up there for a sightseeing cruise this afternoon. They enjoyed the eagles and the "limited" tour I provided.
Talked to the Fish and Game folks at the ramp and they said they had only seen one salmon come off a boat at the ramps. We saw several boats fishing, but none catching, that we could see.
Becky couldn't believe how quick the bottom jumps on that lake... being in 80 feet of water at one moment and 8 the next! Crazy! We did get a bit confused on the buoys a couple times too!?!? Seems like you're going south when you're actually going west!!! Don't think I'd want to be tooling around on that lake in the fog...
Anyways, we had fun... even jumped in the water in Sandwich Bay for a swim. Water was 66 degrees on top. Nice.
Tried the radio out and actually reached someone on Winni, near Bear Island... I was quite surprised by that!
Thanks again for the fishing Friday. Hope you have a good week back to work.
