It is 3:35 AM and I am just now getting over quite a bad migraine and cannot sleep so I figure it is time to type! I am having problems getting emails and am working on it! I have tried to have bragging board pics and questions to be emailed to Travis and myself but for some reason most are just being sent to Trav. When he forwards them to me I seem to have no return email address other than Travs so we are playing quite the relay game! I know that several people are looking to have pictures posted on the bragging board and also want to be added to the radio handle list! I assure you I am trying my best to find the time to do all of these things however it does get a little tough during the day when I have one lovely 2 year old girl grabbing my pant leg and the other 2 year old pretty girl holding on to my shoelace being dragged around as I need to move to accomplish anything! I would never want to change a thing although it is not always a cake walk! I must however say that things have been being updated more already as my girls get older in comparison to a year ago and things will be progressing much faster in the near future! Thanks to all of you (Not To Sound Arrogant as I certainly don’t mean to) but the site as I see it has grown to a much higher and informative level as not only do I do my best to share helpful information but bringing Travis and his now growing Cool Water fleet aboard a few years ago has brought the website to an absolute unbeatable world of information! We here at Fishlakewinni.com hold no (or very few) secrets as our main goal is to put you on the fish. Some charter Captains out there seem to get a bit nervous (this is not a stab towards anyone) but as we see it, if we all work together and teach others to fish more will recommend these captains! I do not believe the Fish Doctor on Lake Ontario has lost any business what so ever since he put Travis, Brian Martin (Salmon Slayer) and I on the fish! I must although guarantee he has gained a ton of business by teaching others! We were shown a few tricks and tips and shown what to use and now send everyone to him! The moral of the story is there is an endless band of fishermen out there so no one is going to lose out! When I get my Guides License I will be doing some hands on charters as well as I feel some new to boat fishing anglers will want to learn ther equipment! We really hope to bring this to the next level! We have some ideas for next spring, including a membership fee that will include exclusive information for members while allowing the non members to still read the message board and receive free information! We will also be tossing out the idea of some inexpensive advertising to help us with the growing cost of the website server, domain name and continuous upkeep. Our goal is certainly not to make a living from Fishlakewinni.com but to however better the outdoor activities that we all love and appreciate while keeping it low key, fun, friendly and as informative as ever Along with a long time dream of a professional fishing show containing not just humor and technique, but the long awaited catching of fish from the hook set to the net which is what we think most anglers wish to view!!! More Fishing, Less Talking although with Travis and I aboard the same vessel the less talk may be an issue. Please respond with any feedback.

Hey Guys, Personally, I love this site, you do a great job with it ! I came accross it several years ago (soon after you rolled it out i think) and i check in here almost every day, each and every change you have made is for the better! Keep making those upgrades as time allows, you have taken on an almost thankless job, and many of us that organize other things in life realize how much hard work you put into this, and I'm sure many people here would pony up a users fee or throw in some advertising money to keep it going if it ever needs to be that way. I have not been able to make a get together, nor do i have a vhf radio, so other than typing i have not been able to communicate with any of the regulars on this site.....my 12 month goal is to solve both of those problems! Once again, thanks!

AJ your web sight is awesome. I've been checking it out for a few years now, and am actually addicted to it on a daily basis during the spring, summer and fall. I've been fishing winni for over 45 years and love that fact that I can always learn something new by checking out your web. By the way in the past three years I've done three charters, and will continue to do them just for the unique experience. Keep up the great work, and I feel for you being the parent of twins,now 17, it will get easier.

Three wks ago I didn't own ANY Salmon equipment. Thanks to ALL on this board (which I visit daily), I have received advice on things too numerous to list here, that culminated in me landing my 1st Winni Salmon on Wed. Running a lil Tracker with 2 downriggers, and 2 leadcore lines by myself, was easier thanks to your help. From rods and riggers to AJ's Tackle help to Bert's Custom Tackle I thank you all and value this site so much that I'd be happy to pay a membership fee if/when it comes to that.

btw: the 1 Salmon (18") caught and released at 10:30 was 15ft down on rigger, on a Orange DB w/ black dots
