It was Bad out there today.. Even when you hooked a good fish the wind was pulling you at 2.5 trying to pull the hooks out.. We ended with 9 Fish total.. 8 salmon and 1 lake trout.. Nothing with much size.. a couple messured out at 18 but nothing over 20. We had a nice fish on late.. But lost it..Story of the lake this year I guess.. From what I understand... There are Hundreds of Salmon stuck in the Winni River still.. With the high water.. Talked to a guy yesterday Morning had caught 40 salmon from the banks by Paugus Bay Marina.. Winnisquam is reporting Big Salmon number.. 10-15 a day caught.. I think we are loosing some fish to the southern lakes from the high water..
