I have 2 new captains pak elec riggers and have used them about 4 times, the last 2 times out i have noticed that the end pulleys are not turning and 1 of the front pulleys are not turning. If i loosen the 3 assembly bolts i am afraid they will vibrate out (they do not have nylon locking nuts). I have tried twice to reach big jons but they are out at 4:30 pm est. Anyone else have this problem, are you supposed to lubricate them. I would think comming from the factory they would be already lubed if needed, they would have the right tension on the bolts or have some type of literature for maintenance
any tips? thanks

thanks guys, i will call him latter in the week if the new pulleys do not arrive. I called big jon today and they are sending out 4 new pulleys. it seems that they had a problem with the mold or something. so they said go ahead and use them for now and they will ship me out new ones tomorrow. can't beat that!!
