Fished today just me and my wife. We didn't start until 6 am because on the way up we remembered she didn't have a fishing license and we had to track down a 24 hour wal-mart to get 1 for her. called and found a 24hr. in concord so we got directions from lady who answered phone she was 1 exit off and in the wrong direction, great!

When we finally got going it went very well we had a great time we caught 11 salmon 3 lakers and 2 rainbows. 16 total, not bad for 4 rods i say! and we quit at 10:45. 4 hours 45 minutes

We quit during a good bite when we had a couple rods in and caught another nice 3.5lb salmon for our 4 fish limit. 4th of july barbeque salmon sound good to me. Then we went over to wolfeboro and had lunch at the dock and fiddled around at downtown shops. i had fun? i think?

I have a charter on monday the 3rd so if anyone's out give me a hollar.

The NH DB Guide was the only lure that worked for us today.
Last week it was the white/pearl DB.
Today, 3 Rainbows to 18" and 2 Salmon to 20". All at 5 colors, 1.8mph between 5:30 and 8:30 am.

Sounds like a good day of fishing. Smart man to go shopping with the wife...most likey you will be able to get her to go fishing again. Been married almost 33 years now and have had to suck it up and go "shopping" at some place other than Kittery Trading Post myself!
