Thinking of purchasing a mid 20s cc that could have up to a 9'6" beam. Would use in the salt pond spring/fall but trailor it up to winni for the summer. Does anyone know the rules/laws for NH and MA regarding permits? Think its required >8'6".

I think it's 10' but not sure. Better check with the DMV.
