Fished 4 lines from 0530 to 0900. Not as fast and furious as last Sat but still a good morning. Released 8-10 salmon "rats", one short laker and kept a 17" salmon and a nice 3lb 21" laker. Couldn't seem to find the bigger salmon today. The salmon was full of 1" smelt and 1" white perch......The laker had three clusters of needles from a red pine in its stomach.....Go figure, all this money on smelt imitating lures and all I need to do is rake the lawn for bait.......See something new everyday!!
