Okay, now that the thermocline has settled and everyone seems to be catching lots of fish, this site seems to be dormant. this is not good, let's talk. everyone says the salmon and rainbows costantly eat so lets find a way where we can get them to bite during the middle of the afternoon. I work in the morning to beat the heat. but the heat doesn't bother me when it's time to go fishing. So let us here some thoughts about getting fish in the boat at High noon or later. I can't go hunting yet so lets talk tricks and tips. let's face it the fish are still in the pond with the knowelge of this site let's figure out how to get them.
You can catch salmon in the afternoon. Find the right depth and the right color combination. Maybe not as fast as the early bite, but you can catch fish.
