Got to the pond at 0500.Dead battery in boat!! Thank God for Cumbruland Farms!!) fast and furious morning, boated 6 fish, lost at least 6. 2 bows, 2 blue backs, and 2 lakers. 2 bluebacks at 19-20 and both went home.
Break was at 35' caught 1 bow at 65'. 5 fish came off green salmon slasher and spook DB 15 feet back.
Nice report, it was a toss-up on the ride up Sunday am and the boys decided on Winni which was great fishing but Newfound would have been more "comfortable".
Were you in same vicinity as a couple weeks ago?
Same spot. Picked up one of the blue backs in 115 right off the ledges,not as windy, rest of the fish came from the other side. There was not that much boat traffic, I think I was it for fishing.
Sunapee run this week in the evening, maybe Tuesday.
