Fished today with Salmoneer and my 2 brothers we boated 12 salmon and 9 lakers for a totel 21 fish all keepers and we missed a few others the salmon were all between 18 ans 23 inches two were over 4 puonds the lakers 18" to 22". Fished the west side of sandy island and towards Welch island fish were evenly split between riggers and lead 6 to 7 colors on the lead and 33 to 45 on the riggers except dropped down to 55 for trout after the salmon slowed later in the morning. best lures were the red/ copper smelt gun, pumpkin head, needlefishans orange/brass topgun though other things were catching fish too. I put using what we have learned in the subject line here becuase in the past we could always catch salmon and lake trout but since discover fishlakewinni.com we have been catching a lot more! So I thought I would give a little credit here to Adrian,Travis and all the others who have posted and freely shared fishing infromation it has made a big differance in our fishing so thanks : )
