a gallon of poly paint will run you about $150
sandpaper and thinners about $100
you will need two spray gun hoppers going at the same time with two guys working because boat paint is chemically hardening. Once the hopper is empty you need to wash it out and run acetone through the gun put on a new hopper and go while the other guy mixes the next batch for the next hopper load. it is a pain even if you are used to spraying. i bet if you had a shop do it you would pay around $1000
