there was a guy on the lake this morning with 2 ice fishing traps mounted on floats on forest lake in mass, would this be considered jugging which is illegal, or 2 lines. wish the pic was clearer, 10x zoom from the other side of the lake. people talk about doing this, but ive never actually seen it before.
