Rod choices

Ok, based on what I have read on this site, I am going with 2 piece 7'6" SF400 Eagle Claw Starfire rods for my lead-line Lake Winni setups. These are the yellow colored rods seen on many Lake Winni boats.

Looking for recommendations / opinions on the rod of choice for downrigging, i.e., make, length, action and price range.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
