The lambswool wallets are available, but they tend to be rather small. More like a vest or chest pocket carrying item.
If you want them all together, try looking for MORRELL foam fly boxes. There are a few other companies that make them (orvis etc.) but these are probably the most common. They go from tiny to really big (i would look for the saltwater versions if you need a larger one, ie if you will be in a boat these work awesome).
Hunters in Concord would be able to set you up nicely.
The key, as someone else said, is to open them up and air them out after use, even if you just took it to the water with you and used one fly in it. You can also buy a rust eater strip (sort of like a diode for saltwater bridges and stuff that will rust away as a sacrifice to save your hooks).
