For those who do use scent for fly's what brand do you use and what flavor?WE have 61 days left before we pull the boats and gear out of there long long long sleep.It's time to fill up the fly box.I can't remember if there was a thread on this or not so I'm going to ask any way.What is your favorite streamer for trolling?Thanks in advance.
Red Ghost, Cool Water, Golden Marvel, Gold and Orange seems to work good early season for me AJ's Winni Fire Smelt and/or Winni Smelt. We use tandems or large singles in the Spring, small singels after that, same colors. Red Ghost and Cool Water seem to work well all year.

Anyone been to Kittery Trading post lately ??? How are they sticked up for regular fishing, I knpw they ae loaded this time of year with ice fishing gear ???

John does AJ'S have all of those fly's?I'm going to make a run up there before the gathering I want to get some of spoons that every one talks about.I will have to look at past posts to write down the names and sizes.Thanks for the reply.
Thanks charlie I'm writing them all down.All I can say is Thanks santa for my Tackle $$ this year.I'm going to start this year off with all new stuff that you guys tell me to get for fishing winni.I will still use some of my old favorites.I can see another spoon box coming(LOL).
Also pick up a Barnes Special, Have not had much luck with sent on flies after one day the feathers gum up. Good luck and warm fingers ice fishing w-fat
