we had a good day on the water in roberts cove cold this morning at 530 25 mph winds to start then it died down with the sun coming out . we had 6 salmon flags , 2 power bait flags 1 pulled out 75 feet of line before we got to the trap and missed him . caught 2 lakers 22 and 19 inches and had the cabelas viewing camera at the bottom and had 10 other bits and about 55 lakers come by in packs of 6 to 8 at a time . a friend of mine brought out his son and he was hooked on fishing with the camera best time he ever had. he said loved to watch the lakers come up to the bait . gonna give massabiec a try tommorrow. good luck to everyone . whats up with people driving 3 feet from your portable fishing shack smiling and waving as they go by? 15 inches of black solid iceout here. trucks and cars everywere .
