I know a guy looking for a season dock, he wants to haul his boat up from Florida and keep it on Winni while he's here from June to October. I told him he needs to look now, so he asked me to look into it.

I thought the docks would be at least 2500.00, 1500.00 sounds like a deal, is this place OK, I'm not familiar with it ???

I know Parkers in Alton had some available 2 weeks ago, they are a lot less there, probably around 1,500 to 2,000 any where else will run you 2,000 to 4,ooo and up if you can find one. Good Luck!

is it under the bridge can you get a 21 foot walk around under it ?

Bridge clearance is 5', last season a lot of boats could not get out due to all the rain we had.
