Not being a smart a$$ but do you know for a fact it was taken last week? I recall seeing that same picture, along with others, last year.

Just passed on a pic that was sent to me. I didn't question it since weather news has reported over 12 feet of snow has fallen in the Oswego area so it seemed appropriate.

Jay good observation. I just looked up on Google for pics of Oswego and saw the same picture and it was taken after the January snowstorm in 2004.
