had a great day on winnisquam today ,the fish were bitting all lakers 5, 17 to 23 inches on tipups 45 to 55 feet foot and a half off the bottom with smelt and had 4 other flags 2 hit and misses and 2 stole the bait. also 4 lakers 16 to 20 inches jigging in 50 feet of water 1 with perch colored jig and 3 with white and brown colored jig . very nice in the morning then windy and cool in the after noon. miisedc a great day on the ice charlie. alot of water on the top of the ice very slushy hopefully it will be out by april 1st ,can't wait for salmon season !
