hey charlie how's the boat hunting going ? are you going to the gathering? is you bobhouse on the ice still ?won't be fishing this weekend but was thinking about fishing the morning of the gathering would you be interested? like to try your spot. fished winnisquam on sunday 2 lakers 17",19" at 55 feet on smelt foot of the bottom also 1 salmon 20" at 15 feetwith smelt. also fished tuesday 1 4lb laker on golden shiner jig with cut bait at 55 feet also 1 4 to 41/2 lb salmon at 55 feet 1 foot off the bottom . made about 15 runs great fish on 6lb test. "reel it in"
Boat hunting is getting close to a purchase!! I will be at the gathering and yes the house is still on winni but will be dragging it off friday...I hope. Plenty of ice on the lake still so it will be good for at least a couple more weeks for ice fishing!!
