I just read in today's Citizen that Channel Marine is offering a boating course on April 7, 2007 from 9 am to 3 pm. This course is accepted in all U.S. States.
Cost is $20.00 and there is only room for 20 people.

If you call Dept. of Safety in Belmont Rt. 106 they have a whole bunch of dates and locations around the Lakes Region. They have two types of classes also. A one day 9-4 and a two day 4 hour class only $10. I signed up for the April 21 one day class.
