Hey Dave sounds like the same cold i had..try Avelox- (anti-biotic)..Claritin..and Astelin Nasal spray..within 24 hrs i was feelin 100% better

Today is a little better still got some shortness of breath, but it seems to be breaking up slowly but surely, Now if i could get the coughing to stop I'd be all set UGHHHHHHHH been coughing so much the past 2 days my whole body is sore Oh well Good old winter for ya, stupid groundhog someone ought to take a 12 gauge with triple odd buckshot and blow that big Rat away UGHHHHHHHHH Take Care God Bless LOL Dave From up North P.S. thanks for the recommendation I'll keep them in mind if this stupid thing doesn't dissappear in another day or two

LOL Your gonna laugh but I haven't had one in 2 days LOL I know I gotta quit, but I started a strick diet a little over a month ago (haven't had any soda (God I miss my Mt. Dew LOL), or any type of junk, sweet foods in a month)need to lose some weight before the doctor will even consider giving me the total knee that I need to have done on my left leg UGHHHHHHHH s__ks having bum legs, I figure if i can survive 6 months of no soda and junk food then i can start thinking of quiting the stupid butts, I have cut back quite a bit though just need to finish it completly. I hear ya on the butts..i'm aiming for the 8th as a target date for quitting...then with any luck i'll have 2 months under my belt by derby time

This is the second time I get sick this winter Highly unlikely for me Usually everyone else gets sick and I'm fine But not this year, Maybe it does have something to do with no more pollution in the air LMAO, As far as getting me on a scale in front of anyone besides my Doctor Yeah Right!!!!!!!!! Good for you Bob, I'm smoke free for about 7 years now and I know you heard it before, "if I quit, anyone can" but I tried 100 times and finally I got lucky. The key for me was "not one single drag", that will kill you, if you quit it has to be 110%.

However a weight gain is almost a sure thing, unless your a bone to start with.

No Bone here ... i do have motivation though...we just buried my mother bout a 1 1/2 ago..she died from smokin...i just don't want my kids to see me go that way

Been there with my dad, it s---s. Now my sisters boyfriend has it from smokin. I think only 1 of my sons still smokes, the one with the 140 IQ, my other son I'm pretty sure has quit for 2 months now, the 3rd one never did..
