Looks like the fish were biting in the bay, did you get down to Maxwell Creek and what was the water temp?

The Bay was full of fish. Not real hungry though. There was bait stacked up everywhere in the bay. There were Gobies laying all over the bottom up to 8" long. We opened up a couple fish after filleting. There wasn't anything in their stomachs. (sound familiar?) This was verified by other charters. Tues we opened up a Brown with (6) 2-2.5" yellow perch and an emerald shiner. We did troll by Maxwell creek a few times. Temp in the Bay was 47 degrees.

Gobie's are a small bait fish that were recently and unintentionally introduced into the Great Lakes from the bilges of international boats. I am not sure of any downsides to their introduction at this point. They are very prolific and the Browns love them.
