you dont have to give it up, but i was just wondering how deep? how many colors of lead? are they still down 2 to 3 colors?

Water temp at the surface was between 49 and 50 degrees yesterday on the surface in Meredith. We ran the setup I suggested in my previous post on 3 of the lines and one leadcore line right off the stern of the boat at 2-3 colors. Planers did better than the plain leadcore because I believe they put more action on the lure as the bounce through the waves. Hope this helps.

I run a setup similar to that... In-line leadcore?
Mono, 2 colors, mono, then leader. Works well off my boards because it is nicer to hook the mono to the clips then the leadcore and it allows you to run lead on lighter rods!
