Went out with Cap't Thomas Yip and Ben Glenn. Started out bottom fishing. The cod were not as plentiful as last trip. We did jig up a bunch of keepers and a few keeper haddock. Ben definetly won the pool with two nice thirty + lb cod. Quit bottom fishing a little after noon and jigged up a bunch of macks. Went to the Merrimack and caught ten or twelve stripers, including four keepers up to 34 or 35"'s. The ocean had 1 to 2 footers all day and it was very pleasant out there. A fun time was had by all. Particularly Ben who caught his two biggest cod and his first stripers. Pictures to follow. I have Gus' instructions, but am still too computer illiterate to get it done. Hopefully, my brother will get me straightened out tomorrow.
