hey lucas, was out there myself today along with my g/f,,we hit 3 bows all on t/g wonderbread w an orange back. hit 2 lakers, small ones about 16 in. /a dinky perch . was that you with the planer boards ? fished it 2 days in a row, wouldnt believe there were salmon in there. i had the small 14 ft. aluminum with a 25 hp evi on it. i satyed in the front pond for the most aprt,,hit a bow 5 colors down in 70 feet plus,,i trolled at 2.5 or better, what speed were you going at, if you dont mind me asking, it seems like a nice place, first time on it this w/e .

Yes, we were in Forry's pontoon boat. Was that you who he yelled to asking if you had any luck?
We fished the shore mostly in about 50' of water. We marked alot of bait early and some fish on the eastern side of the lake. The salmon was the 2nd fish caught at about 5:30, we were at 2.2 to 2.5 mph mostly

nope, you guys never yelled over to me, we were never that close to each other. i t seems like a nice lake, only fished it this sat n sunday for the first time. wanted to try something besides winni, i have a small boat ( 14 foot) so when the big lake gets busy..safer for me to find alternative places to fish. and since they closed ames farm launch., rattlesnake/diamond was my fav place to fish. guess i ll be lookin for new places to try this year.. free launching is always a bonus.
