What a relaxing evening on Winni. Couldn't have asked for better conditions to simply feel at ease on the lake. Didn't want to leave.
Skittles and I figured we'd try Winni despite the bad reports lately... didn't get us far. We fished from 5 til 8:30 with only 4 salmon, 1 bow and 1 bass boated... 2 more salmon lost after some aerial views... Wouldn't have felt too bad about it, but not one of the fish broke the 15" mark! Healthy fish, just small.

Oh well, beats a kick in the head... LOL. No, really, it was a great evening. Good conversation and a nice boat ride.

Glad to hear you took a break from work and got to go out. I havent been up to the lake since the derby, been so busy with work myself and have done a few salt trips. Good luck up at Lake O, let me know how you guys do!
