When I returned from vaca the kids mother had applied for a 2nd job at HOOTERs she was turned down when she went to the HOLA HOOP try outs they told her she needed to twirl it not ware it as a belt! Glad you had a good trip. Beautiful river in a beautiful part of the North Woods. Did that trip in the `70s from Long Lake to the St. John. Havn,t made it back yet though. Great pics and thanx for sharing. Cal P.
W-Fat - great post. I've not yet done the Allagash, heard a lot of talk about it from people who have. How were the flys and skeeters during your trip? I'm heading to the N woods later this week. Also, what did you throw at the brookies?
Skeeters not bad,Black flies uggggggg! No-see-ems the worst, in the tent etc. On the Lakes Copper JR Mooselook. On the river. Colorado's (changed the hooks to red). & Als gold fish. Have a good trip! TnT W-Fat
