Fished with Bud Toomey this morning. We managed two lakers, 1 salmon and 1 Bow. Fished off Welch. The salmon and the bow came off lead at 5 colors on an orange and yellow fly. The lakers came off the riggers at 35 feet. One on a doctored Suton 61 and the other on a fuzzy orange Guide Special. Fish were spitting up small smelt about an inch long. Talked to Roof Rafta, Cool Water, W-Fat and others that were getting fish. Bunch of us met for breakfast afterwards at Waldo Peppers. Roofy picked up the tab.
