PUBLIC HEARING JANUARY 11 TO READOPT BOAT ACCESS RULES CONCORD, N.H. -- A public hearing to readopt existing rules relative to boat access facilities will be held on Monday, January 11, 2010, at 3:00 p.m., at the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. Fish and Game is proposing to readopt the rules relative to boat access facilities. The rules contain definitions and restrictions for those persons using the boat access sites owned or controlled by Fish and Game. The Department is not proposing any changes to the rules currently in place.
