What a beautiful day on the water, plenty of sun, plenty of nice fish caught with White Cap. The fish were feisty and aerobatic full of P & V, could not ask for a better opening day on the water. Fished the northern part out of the way of the crowds, didn’t run into another boat all day. Fish took Red Gray Ghost, Red Ghost off the fly rod and leadcore at 1-1/2 colors, downrigger fired at 9 ft down back 35 on raspberry orange and copper bikini needlefish at 2 colors. All the fish were healthy

Thanks Bob for the courtesy. We had the light with us at the intersection but the parade you were in coming the other way was quite long.
This day sure will go down in the record books. Ice out, clear day with a breeze,, and 63 degrees--on opening day. Doesn't get any better than that.
Yes the fish were good and healthy and FAT. Only one fish had any evidence of hook wounds.
F&G were out in force. At least two boats of them stopping and doing checks. So bring your licenses boys and girls.
80 degrees on Saturday--unbelieveable.
