I would to thank you guys for all of the great info on this site. I'm going fishing
on the big lake in the middle of May this year. Last year when I first started trolling I purchased 11" flashers without reseaching the flie thing. Should I purchase the 8" model to use with the flies. Also, should I use my down riggers
at that time of the season or should I use
the lead core system with pole mounts.Thanks again for all of the great info.
I'm probably not the one to answer your question, since I only fish in the lakes region for one week every year. That said, I like using the small flashers. The baby spin doctors and smallest church revelators. At least when it comes to flashers. Some do have success with the 8" ones though. Good luck.
