Below is documentation of the Historical and Unconstitutional Methods of the FBI and CIA...which I believe are appropriate today...including the use of toxic substances as a form of negative re-enforcement against Amerikan citizens for exercising 1st Amendment Rights...and this is happening under the present administration!!!!
