Also known as Paskill. In about 1830, William was killed in Boyle County, Kentucky when an elephant - presumably from a circus - stepped on him. Following his death, his wife Midda Beard, took her children to Iowa so she could be near her sisters. William had a brother, Silas. Doea anyone have this family in their tree - or know more about them?
