I wasn't sure where to send this note therefore, I am choosing this forum.
I have been working on my family history off and on for 30 years. I have as a 9th great-grandfather Deacon William Douglas of New London, Connecticut. I am putting together a book for my brother and sister's (myself included) and just the other day, I stumbled onto your site. I was so amazed at the information beyond Deacon William--I thought I was done but the research and information you have provided me tells me not quite. My book isn't going to be for sale, etc--it is simply a family gift. I am going to publish it privately for us. I am going to credit your site with the information I have gleaned from Deacon William Douglas back to Alfred the Great and I wanted to be sure that would be alright? Thank you so very much.
