Chapter Two


Amanda woke up the next day. She got out of bed and walked into the livingroom. She saw Brandon sitting on the couch by himself. He was watching his favorite show Friends. Amanda sat down next to him.

"Hey Amanda." Brandon kissed her sister on the top of the head. "Hey." Amanda smiled. I'm so lucky that he's my brother, she thought. Amanda leaned her head against his shoulder. She always did that.

"Where's Brittany?" Amanda asked her big brother. "At the mall with Libby and Lesley." Brandon answered. Amanda nodded. She put her arms around Brandon. Brandon smiled and started to tickle her. Amanda laughed.

"I'm the tickle monster!" Brandon laughed. He did that all the time. Ever since Amanda was three. Brandon didn't stop until they were out of breath. "I love you Brandon." Amanda hugged her brother. "I love you too, Amanda." Brandon hugged back.

Amanda looked back at the TV. She thought of something. "Can I come with you on your next tour?" she asked, turning to him. "Sure. You can hang back stage with me and the rest of the group." Brandon smiled at her again.

"Are you serious? Yes!" Amanda jumped up and down on the couch. Brandon laughed. Amanda sat back down and they continued to watch Friends. Just then the front door swung open and Mrs. Hargest walked in, covered with blood.
