Pasting from Online Bible into Word

In my 15+ years of using Online Bible, I have been able to correctly paste a verse, or group of verses from the search results list into Word. I recently upgraded to Online Bible version 4.08, Jan 1, 2011, 13.00. I also use Word 2003. The problem: now when I paste, the formatting is lost so that words in italics lose their italics. I paste into my notes and it is critical that the italics remain. Is there a way to fix this? (I apologize for using this forum since I am from Canada and the website says this forum is for European users only, but I cannot find anywhere else to ask my question)
