version 8.1o won't install on windows 7.. HELP!

I have cd for 8.10... it quit running after about a month on new laptop with windows 7.. I have a real problem with win7 anyway, am used to xp or 98.. it loads to instuction screen olb, but will go no further...
I want my OLB back... I am concerned downloading new from net will lose 12 yrs of notes and outlines...

I suppose you have made backups of your notes during the last 12 years on regular times. So there is always the possibility to in stall notes to a new online bible installation.

You can download the new Online Bible Basic Pack with version 4 software for Windows 7 from the website www.onlinebible.org This software is unicode based and will not work with your old cd of about 12 years ago. I think it is time you upgrade all your data, so you receive corrections on data as well.
