Opening files created in OLB

After creating a new untitled file, giving it a name and saving the file; when I double click on file, it will always open in text edit. I am running Snow Leopard on a MacBookPro with OLB v 4.1.1. I have opened info on the file, changed the "open with" to OLB and locked the info window but the next time I open the file by double clicking it still opens in text edit and the info window is still locked.
This started either when I updated OLB or upgraded to Snow Leopard as it never did this before.
Any help much appreciated.
