Windows 7 & floating menus on v4.11.02

I have loaded the online bible in safe mode and normal mode - and find after a few uses once open, the floating windows e.g. when the cursor is on a Strongs reference - simply stop working and I get an error message. If I close and reopen the program it will work correctly a few times and then I have the same problem. Can anyone help me with this?
