No parallel installation?

Being multilingual, I first installed the German Online Bible in Windows 7 with some add-ons (like, e.g., the Luther Bible and the Swedish Bible) in a folder Online "Bible German". Worked OK. Then I installed the English Online Bible in an adjacent folder "Online Bible English" with some add-ons (like, e.g., Young's literal translation and Apocrypha). First looked OK, but then each of them had lost all add-ons, when reopened.

Can the two be parallel installed? Or maybe not since both seem to have the same Olb.exe?

Any suggestions?
