Windows 7 installation

I installed in safe mode because I have Kaspersky anti virus. I could see the program with all six default windows. I could see tabs inall of the windows. I restarted and can not open the program. When I click the icon the Whats New file March 3, 2012 opens. the next window I see is The module TSKcould not be found. Next window asks if I want to use web baised help. I answer no and I get FormShow-Initialisation failed; restart program.
