Locked NKJV Version

I have got locked versions for NIV and NKJV, both paid for and both of which have installed with no hassle in the past. I am in the process of moving to a new computer with Windows 7 and have installed the latest version of the basic OLB program (4.25). The installation apps for the two locked versions both run and the NIV unlocks OK in the main app. I cannot unlock the NKJV as the menu item for 'Activate Locked Material' remains greyed out. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing more than once, swapping the order of installation of the two add-ons, but all to no avail.

Can anyone help please?
