Every paradigm has its function. You ably reveal the inate hypocrisy of those who claim to be christian. but we are all hypocrites. Biologically speaking it is one of the dominant viral forms on this planet among the human popuation. It is as slippery as aids and at times as deadly as the ebola virus. The same can be said for islam etc etc.Survival is the main aim of any organism or colony and any survival advantage given by this viral form cannot fairly be discounted. However we magi are able to take a different platform to those who are thus infected by it. It may turn out that a vaccine for it may be a worthwhile thing to devdlop if this confers some survival advantage
