Last 2 Dominicans to teach on Beaver Island

The answer you accepted is incorrect. Srs. Marie Eugene and Mary Roch were the last 2 Dominicans on the Island But Sr. Mary Roch was not a teacher, only a live in companion for Sr. Marie Eugene. If my memory serves me correctly Sr. Dennis Marie was the other last Dominican to teach on the Island.

Thank you, Father Gabe, for your corrections. Sister Mary Roch was not employed by the school as a teacher, but I didn't think that many would remember that. Yes, Sister Dennis Marie was the the teacher and principal as well as my mentor teacher. Thanks for clearing this up.
