Peaine Township Meeting: At last nights meeting the operation of ORV’s on township roads was brought up.
A special meeting is to be held on May 31,2009 at 2:00 pm at the Peaine Township Hall for the purpose of discussion of ORV use on these county roads. Everybody interested in having the right to use the county roads as specified in the ORV Ordinance:No._9_ should attend this special meeting to let the town board know that you are in favor of having the right to operate your orv on the specified county roads pursuant to the County Of Charlevoix Ordinance: No._9_.
This is an island wide meeting for everybody to express their opinions of ORV use on
these roads. So everybody should come and show your support.
This special meeting should be about our rights that the county has granted already for the use of ORV’s on the far right side of county roads and not about potential violators and what they might do. The Ordinance spells out what will happen to potential violators. So Please come to this meeting to show your support.
