Danepak were away to hightown this week(not at the ground stated in the hand book, and not wearing the colours stated in the hand book.No comunication, sort it out Town)

The game started with both teams having plenty of attacks but neither side managing to score. This soon changed when Danepak started an attack down the left with Paul Slattery, and the ball soon came through to Kev Richardson who fired a long range effort into the top corner.

Hightown were soon leval when a low drive from the edge of the area managed to beat Danepak keeper Tony pittman and bobble in.

The rest of the half saw more chances for both sides but nobody could add to the score line.

Half time score Hightown-1 Danepak-1.

The 2nd half went underway with Danepak on the attack but with no end product, untill the introduction of Andy Keavey on for the injured Dan Goodman,And Keavey got on the score sheet in his first game back in the danepak squad when he smashed his shot into the far corner from just inside the area.

Still Hightown came at Danepak and got a 2nd equalizer after a mazey dribble ended with the ball in the back of Danepak's net.

Danepak continued to push forward an went back in front when james berry broke through 1 on 1 with the Hightown keeper who made a good save only to see the ball roll out to Alan Bell who cooly slotted home.

Still Hightown continued to trouble Danepak's defence, and nearly got a 3rd equalizer when a shot beat the keeper only for James Brown to clear off the line.

Final score Hightown-2 Danepak-3.

A good hard Ground out victory for Danepak with good displays again from Jamie Berry and Kev Richardson holding the midfield together.
